Senior consultant with extensive international experience in setting up coaching programmes, launching programmes to encourage women’s empowerment and setting up incubators, mainly in Africa.
Among other things, I am currently (2023-2027) involved in setting up projects to launch the 1st network of inclusive incubators in Africa, starting in Senegal for West and Central Africa and Kenya for East Africa. This initiative is supported by BPW International, in partnership with UN Women.
The mission of these incubators, which will act as catalysts for a nascent entrepreneurial ecosystem, will be to foster the emergence of new business models that integrate BoP populations into their value chains and capitalise on the opportunities offered by inclusive trade. Several studies of inclusive incubators are being launched in Senegal, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone, Niger, Ethiopia and the DRC.
As far as coaching is concerned, I’ve been working for many years with entrepreneurs in Europe and Africa and for the diasporas. Last but not least, I am a certified gender equity coach.
